Be it RESOLVED, to adopt the following appropriation:

Section 1. The grant from the Wikimedia Foundation for the implementation of the 2014 Cultural Heritage Mapping Volunteer Program ("project") is hereby appropriated as follows:

I. Project budget
A. Volunteer allowances/stipend ₱ 384,100
B. Conference and workshop ₱ 840,500
1. Venue ₱ 40,000
2. Meals and snacks ₱ 255,000
3. Fare/transportation ₱ 202,500
4. Accommodation ₱ 243,000
5. Rental of five (5) Laptops ₱ 30,000
6. Transportation for Wikiexpedition activity ₱ 12,000
7. Instructional materials and supplies ₱ 18,000
8. Project management/speaker honorarium/logistics/banners ₱ 40,000
C. Miscellaneous ₱ 62,500
1. ID production ₱ 7,000
2. Shirts ₱ 24,000
3. Courier expenses ₱ 31,500
D. Contingency (10%) ₱ 128,710
Total ₱ 1,415,810

Section 2. The agreement entered into between the Wikimedia Foundation and the President on behalf of Wikimedia Philippines for the implementation of the project is hereby concurred. The conditions of the Grant agreement are hereby incorporated as part of this resolution.

Section 3. The Project lead, Joel Lucky Aldor who is hereby authorized to represent the organization in matters concerning the project, shall be responsible to the Board of Trustees and WMF for the proper reporting and accounting of the expenses in the course of implementing the grant and the submission of the required reports on or before the prescribed due dates as agreed with WMF.

Section 4. Any realignment in this Budget shall be subject to the requirements and conditions of the Grant agreement and other relevant guidelines.

Section 5. Any contract that creates an obligation, right or liability for Wikimedia Philippines in the course of implementing the project, shall prior to its signing by the Project Lead or his designate, must have the clearance of the President.

Section 6. Any expense already incurred for the preparation of this project shall be charged against their corresponding allocation.

Section 7. This appropriation shall take effect immediately upon approval.
