Board Elections


The terms of four elected members of the Board of Trustees will expire in 2015. Elections will be held at the Annual General Meeting on June 20, 2015.

The elections for the Board will be supervised by three members of the Board of Trustees. The 2015 Election Committee is composed of Paolo Barazon (Chair), Johnny Alegre and Marco San Andres.


As amended during the meeting of the Board of Trustees on April 25, 2015, a candidate for the Board must be, at the time of the filing of candidacy:

  1. of legal age;
  2. a regular member, as may be certified by the Secretary;
  3. without any arrears, as may be certified by the Treasurer;
  4. not been convicted by final judgment of an offense punishable by imprisonment for a period exceeding six (6) years, or a violation of the Corporation Code of the Philippines committed within five (5) years prior to the date of election. (As required under Sec. 27 of the Corporation Code of the Philippines.)

How to submit candidacy

Submission of candidacies for members of the Board of Trustees are accepted until May 21, 2015, as prescribed under the Election Code adopted on Nov. 24, 2013.

Qualified members may send their candidacy letter to until May 20, 2015, at 11:59 p.m. (Philippine Standard Time). No extension of the deadline shall be entertained.

Who may vote

Regular members or members who are current with their membership fees are entitled to voting rights. If you have paid your membership fee within the last year (365 days) as of April 14, 2014 or until after that date, you are qualified to vote in the elections.
